I have had a lot of questions about shimmer lately, and after one of my viewers told me that she was putting shimmer under her cheekbones as a bronzer, I knew it was time to revisit my shimmer video/blog. I don't think many people have seen this video that is on my site, so please check it out.
Shimmer is meant to highlight, not to use all over your face. Using shimmer all over would be equivalent to writing this entire paragraph in bold type - nothing would stand out. Also, shimmer doesn't reflect much in interior lighting. However, when you go outside or have a flash bounce off of your face you can look like a greasy disco ball. Don't use shimmer on your nose, dry skin or wrinkly skin unless you want to accentuate any of those items.
